Although direct returns or exchanges from consumers are not available, we encourage you to reach out to your retailer for any return and exchange queries. Your satisfaction is our priority, and your retailer will guide you through their return process.

For Our Wholesale Partners:

We value your business and offer a straightforward return policy for our wholesale customers. If you find your frames unworn, unused, and in their original splendour, you’re welcome to return them within 30 days of receipt, with the original invoice in hand. Whether you prefer to manage returns or exchanges in person or by post, we’re here to facilitate a smooth process.

Exchanging an Item?

Fancy a different style, size, or colour? Simply let us know your new preference. We’ll handle the exchange by processing a new order for the item you desire, ensuring any initial discounts are applied. You’ll be informed via email once your exchange is complete.

A Note on Shipping:

As we can’t take responsibility for any lost items on their journey back to us, we recommend returning your package via registered mail.
